With the greatest regret we must announce the lost of our friend and President. World President of FIEP and Federal Council of Physical Education in Brasil died the 18th of Decembre 2008 of hard attact. He was surely great man who had done much for the Physical Education in Brasil and in the World. Dr. Tubino had done great work. He took part on conferences in more than 25 countries, he was the author of 20 published books; more than 300 works (articals, resumes, abstracts, etc.), more than 600 conference contributions published, and his important and significant views and advices about Physical Education. In the House of Physical Education in Foz do Iguaçu he had the privilage to live. His Statue here will be commemorating us permanently his memory.
